This is about the 6th time. Im just afraid to get bored, but boredom is crucial for productivity

I've tried to stop listening too some time ago but things just work out better with music for me.

Also you do have a point with boredom but there are many other more potent ways to get productive like going on walks and actually planning out what you need to get done.

I dont get bored. i always used music to surpress the boredom
