Aging welll = looking good for your age . You should strive to look younger for your age. Chuando Tan, Jared Leto > Tom Cruise, George Clooney in the aging department.

Most men become very fat in their 30s and extremely fat in their 40s. They give up their prime by being lazy.

Still, dating becomes easier for men at that age, because single women in their 30s and 40s have less options than single women in their teens and 20s. We should not confuse this with "prime" for men though. Prime for men means attracting prime women (18-30).

Only very few men can stay at their prime after 30 and extend it to 40-45. Probably less than 2%. Really, most men who are 35+ yo look like utter shit. For staying in your prime, you have to keep your hair and collagen and stay lean. If you manage this, then yeah, you can still date prime women. A 35 yo man dating a hot 25 yo woman is not that weird, as long as the man looks good (and is moneymaxxed).

But keep in mind: If you are in your prime at 35, you still have to compete with all the other men in their 20s. Maybe it's worth it, maybe it's better to not have a large age gap.
