im 5,7 and 15 used to be 5,6 at 14 and 5,3 at 13

my routine is:
daily streching
collagen
colostrum
raw milk
multivitamins
shilajit
vitamin e
l-carnitine and l tartrate
ashwagandha


i also do plyometics and jumps for microfractures

i get 10 hours of sleep
3500-4000 calories per day
(i started streching and jumps for microfractures a week ago and already grew 1 cm)

Can i improve this routine?

only thing u doing correct is 4000 calories per day
blast hgh but u are super short add extra ai too
 
rlly good overall but u gotta pick between either shilajit and ashwahganda ( i would go for shilajit for height) as you cant have two adaptogens in your diet. Secondly stretch your micrtofaractures out with ankle weights

Why cant you have two adaptogens in your diet? And are you sure he can take shijlat at 15? Doesnt this affect his metabolic process or cause hormonal imbalances?
