yeah if its that bad start at 18, its just that some people still see some small changes like a small increase in height, dick or eyebrows yk

i’ve heard lots of people talk about pineal growth after 19 tho but hair is life so idk what i’m gonna do. Are you on dht blockers? If so did you notice any sides?

There’s no evidence that the pineal gland keeps growing after 19 or that dht blockers would interfere with that.

DHT blockers generally have really mild systemic effects for most ppl, with only noticeable change being slightly lower libido
