Age is unironically just a number. People hit puberty at completely different times. Some girls look like full adults at 16, some at 14 and some at 18. I had my growth spurts from ages 12-15 and stopped growing in height at 16 meanwhile my friend started growing tall at 16 and grew until he was 19. Each person has a different biological internal age, some women are ready for breeding earlier than others and some are ready much later, its all a matter of individual development, not a number/statistic.
