so... I will be 30 this year but look much younger. still a "poorcel"(despite my parents having money, not truly rich though), and thats the biggest problem.
Anyway, in recent years I've had some experience with girls, talked to them a lot, and my conclusion is that you can get a girl around 16 as a 25-30 yo guy
A lot of them think it's cool that you're 20+, but I suspect being 30+ is a disadvantage even for them for a LTR. But Idk for sure, It's just anecdotal and from a few girls I've talked to.

The number of girls I interacted with is small, however, I say this with ~4 girls in mind and one who rejected me as soon as she found out I was 25 years old at the time. So some will reject even if you say 25.
