Too many foids look like shit in their early 20's, and its because they are getting wasted with booze in their teens.
Drinking age should be raised to at least 25 so college students don't have easy access to booze (and thus the knockdown effect to teens) and women don't look like middle aged at 24
also they should enforce harsh penalties for alcohol possession underage too. and before you say "muh but prohibition didnt work". i'm only saying underage alcohol possession. I don't care about old geezers getting shitfaced
