They take account age into account when doing risk management for these transactions. If the account is aged with consistent history, it will pass these checks much easier and will allow fraudulent activity to occur more easily.

It rarely backfires on the holder of the account, but on the off chance that it does, you are slightly fucked. Not really worth the risk imo
