the more hardcore list is long.

But the bare minimum basics!
1. protect against sun-damage.
2. have 80+% of the time a healthy food and drink and rest and excercise lifestyle.
3. have 80+% of the time, decent skincare (moitserize, exfoliate, some serums for specific personal skin isues, and sunblock)
4. don't get really fat, EVER!!
5. Have conistency is above 4 pointers

besides above basics.
More hardcore anti-aging things can hep alot. But the list for that, is to long to just name
