will going on an aggressive cut at 18 yard inhibit any facial bone gains or height?
 
yes just cut like a normal human

yes will stunt. we grow till 21 year old
 
even if done for v short time like 2 weeks?
yeah i did a 1 week water fasting but still to managed to gain 4 cm height in 19-20 y o

ya can do fasting because it rises growth hormone, but not too much that i did btw. you can skip a day without a meal and no problems

u dont know i would have grown taller if u didn’t do the week tbh

i doubt a week or 2 would effect height or face bones

water fast means no calories just drinking water, coffee tea without sugar. but ya one day fast will do nothing to your heightmax. if ya overweight and want to lose weight it is even beneficial cuz my friend did that and he gained 2 cm.

for face certainly bad for height. for height it is too much
so no water fast
if i do 1.5k it’s fine for face bones but not for height right? my bmr is 2k if that makes a difference

it all depends on your current weight. you will definitely lose weight with 1.5k, you can also debloat by using caffeine nicotine. IT also boosts metabolism so yeah for bones it is ok. You can also reduce salt and sugar intake for debloat and drinkg more water

how many calories a day u think for fastest fast loss?
my bmr is 2k (taking sedentary value as bmr makes more sense i think as the 1.6k is like if i didn’t move at all during the day which is unrealistic)

500caloric deficit. not too stressful for you body(there are no that big cortiol spikes when you do a strict fast with no eating) also you can easily do that.
