i cant lie training is ass, ion mind cutting and cardio but lifting pisses me off, i prolly got 25% bf at 80kgs 5'10 im cutting til 75. i eat like 150g of protien a day, i just dont wanna be a skinny fat tard

lifting is fun bro. just run arnold split and skip legs once a week. fun split w an arm day with 2x frequency.

Just find a way to make lifting fun, find a split u like and excersizes. Lifting is gonna be hard just gotta have discipline
