I’m in my mid 20’s and I’m noticing signs of skin aging. I’ve been taking precautions for a year or so to slow it down but it’s still brutal to see that time is marching on whether I like it or not and soon I shall be an old man and then dust.

Retinoids, vitamin c serum, moisturiser and eating beef tallow and raw eggs
I should hopefully reverse the signs by the end of the year and then it’s just a maintenance job
