If you agree to get vax but reject signing their forms, they WILL NOT vaccinate you. As if, they're trying to kill people that refuse to sign papers. Serious! So accept the vax (perhaps record it as well,) "YES! I will take the vaccination shots! But I won't sign any liability waiver and identification cards." And watch how they'll refuse YOU from getting the vax.

The drugmakers for these vaccinations make it clear on the forms they request you to sign that you can not sue them if you become severely ill, paralyzed, etc, or die to where your loved ones can pursue them in court as a result of the vaccination shot(s).

You make them sign a form that says that THEY are aware the vaccination can cause internal damages to your body or even death and so they're liable if anything happens to you that results in medical problems or death later on as a result of the vaccination shot(s). Case closed. And if they REFUSE to sign that form, then they're trying to keep this virus spreading therefore should be arrested and brought to trial by the people.
