Agressive cut at 14

When i was 14 i went on agressive cut from 80kg to 60 kg. Could have that slowed my growth? I was around 30% bf and after the cut i was around 15%. Then a year later i bulked to 90kg and i am aroind 20% bf should i cut aggain or wait till i fully grow.

I gained a lot of muscle and now bench 100 kg.

dont do it if you are less than 6 foot this will absolutely slow your growth
try a normal cut with 500 calories deficit maximum you re still young you have enough time

It'll slow/stunt growth. But it's overly coped about in this website that short burst deficits automatically make a significant hit to end height. It doesn't.

Try be in a small surplus now and you'll pick up the pace
