It's actually funny that if you use science wisely, you can actually improve your well-being, gain more energy, or even cure hair loss
But you won't find adequate guides or recommendations for adequate supplements anywhere, not even in Botb. I don't think even the doctors at the hospital would recommend something like that after all your tests
