No, they know Chinese citizens don't give a damn about what Westerners think. And everyone in China knows about what happened in Tianmen Square in 1989. And the Tianmen incident had nothing to do with Western ideas.
You don't understand how totalitarian regimes work. The emperor wears no clothes. And the emperor knows everyone knows he's wearing no clothes. Pretense is a humiliation ritual for the masses in which taking part in equals submission and demonstrates loyalty. Everyone knows the truth but acknowledging it equals death. And often enough, as alien as it might sound to you, they revel in it.

I definitely wouldn't rely on everything AI ejaculates into your eyes. Recently, I installed a 5080 and had plans of using a dual-GPU setup. AI created a checklist beforehand and yet failed to warn me about the 1 mm breathing space between the two cards. If I hadn't aborted the second card installation, both GPUs and possibly the motherboard could have gotten fried.
Welp, time to go GPU riser and test bench, if you know what I mean? Wink-wink, right?
