How much schould i take, which ones are best, and for how long, to increase height growth

I plan to use Erda ky and abalo for 12 months without IGF-1 axis so I want to avoid 0 E2 levels because I don't want to reduce the liver igf pulsation and safe my brain

Napisałem, że planuję wziąć erdę ky i abalo bez gh, ghs and aas, so 0,5mg EOD of armidex will keep E2 at a good level without the IGF-1 axis and neuroprotection stack and block the aromatase without test base?
