4-7 iu and if u can’t get bloodwork on the ai js dose it normally and if u feel any side effects to crashed e2 lower ur dose or stop taking it for a couple days and don’t use a suicide ai if ur doing this method

Literally impossible to determine without growth plate scans, age, current height, blood panel, and parent height. Assuming your like 15, 5’8, plates are relatively open, and both your parents (especially dad) are taller than you, hgh and an ai (if needed; hgh does not spike e2, an ai may not be needed and may actually hurt growth) could help growth by like 3-7 inches by full maturity. 18 BUT STILL open last scan a couple months now
sister 5 11, me 6 foot, brothers 2.5, and 3.5 inches taller than me, dad an inch taller. Feel a bit robbed in my genes. My time is limited but still worth trying
