Ai is fooling too many people

I had a weird feeling about this video (colours, shading, movements, audio) on my fyp, I was trying to find hard proof (acc is new so 95% its ai) but I wanted to be sure. Look at the weird stop at 00:09, thats hard proof. Does any of you what ai is this and if I can make videos for free? I might use it to make money off of it.
