I tried with pics and got between 16 and 19 and I'm gonna be 32 in a few months kek

how do u avoid stress? I'd assume you have a normal/average job?

How much are you on? Planning to microdose it once summer ends.

But you don’t look 16-19, sorry hahaha I’m 23 and I’d say you look around 26-27 in your videos, would have to see skin quality IRL. So good enough 👌🏻

I’ve read the same. People were heavily into NAD and it apparently got dismantled and everyone stopped using it. Not sure what exactly happened but I heard about it.

accutane, dutasteride, skincare routine (cleanser + tranexamic acid & niacinamide serum + oil free moisturizer + SPF50), occasional laser treatments to get rid of sun damage, NAC pills for liver support

yeah, it got pushed heavily by huberman, sinclair etc.
turns out there's actually zero solid scientific evidence behind it and the "hype" died.
there's still plenty of anecdotal evidence out there from people who are 50+ claiming NAD+ helped them greatly, so maybe it could somewhat work for older people but for young people it's most definitely cope imo.

Yeah I’m basically on the same stuff, but topical tret. Will switch to accutane as I said since it’s not clearing my acne completely.

I will try dut first though, have it on hand already but need to get my E2 checked in 2 weeks and then I’ll start 0.5mg 3x per week. How much do you do?

It might be enough to help my oily skin and help my acne, who knows!

sounds good! dut + accutane together will most definitely clear up your acne and should get rid of oily skin. before I started accutane (5 years ago) I tried all kinds of topical vit.-A derivatives and they didn't do jack shit for my acne/oily skin in comparison to accutane. I take 0.5mg of dut eod while taking 1mg of fin in between. I still have plenty of fin tabs at home and don't wanna waste them jfl.
