AI usage without HGH

What whould happen if took AI only without hgh.
I am 15.11
5'7 = 170
I did my x ray when i was 15.6 bone age was 16. Doc said my growth plates are open but they are in their closure. So she said I still have a few cm left to grow. Now my question is what whould happen let's say if I took 12 - 24 Monthes of AI without hgh only pills. Whold that potentially make me more taller ?
