They aren’t intelligent by definition. They don’t know anything. Me and a group at uni made one which intentionally would be hellbent on any topic you choose, whether that be anime sex, or imperialist Japan. It would do whatever it can to promote it to you. You can make them say whatever you want. They’re only as “smart” as the owner lets it be.

For example, if you give it questions, it will take AGES to solve them. Compared to finding the information on how to actually solve them. This is because it isn’t made to think. It’s made to return tokens. The human brain is the most sophisticated system in the universe and AI simply will never be able to beat the human mind’s creativity or intuition. @neurosis if scientists had perfect knowledge on genetics and heretability lets say they were decent certain that a gene would cause x disease on young age or extreme stunted intelligence (which is such a complicated thing itself) maybe only then i could consider a form of soft eugenics thatd just be a ban of procreating or even id try look a way to overwrite the genetic error in that person or his baby if i had perfect knowledge on genetics
