In my experience, AIs extend puberty and bone maturation to some degree but dosing them is really problematic. You want them to decrease your estrogen just enough so you can enjoy the benefits but not too much since estrogen is crucial for bone development. I’m currently still growing despite hopping off (stopped taking them because they interfere with your brain to some degree) but I don’t think I would be still growing without AIs (172cm when I hopped on and 178cm now). The main benefit wasn’t growth
