airway problems

my sense to smell have been lost for over a year now my palate is narrow and probably everything is reccesed in my face I went to multiple orthodontists for marpe but they are all retards who only care about straight teeth so they wanted me to extract and get braces I refused I went to an ent doctor he told that I have a severe allergic reaction (not sure) he told me to get a ct scan now what I want to do is to expand my palate but for that I need a reason what can I say or fraud so the doctor has to check my airway after the allergic reaction goes down

Poor sleep quality, struggling to breathe through nose, mouth breathing, jaw pops and clicks, snore loudly. They should check your airway if you mention those. You have quite a lot of excuses so you should be fine.
