Ais on top of Mast and Tamoxifen

I am planning on running a cycle including Masteron and am going to be using Tamoxifen as well, should I incorporate another aromatase inhibitor (was thinking of a small dose of arimidex) for this cycle or is there no need as I am already getting some effect from the mast and tamoxifen. I am going to using test e as well but a dose that won't go over 150 mg.
