I’m planning on starting to take HGH soon, but I’ve heard that it can close your plates unless you take an ai with it. There’s a few different types so I’m not sure which one would be the best.

hgh itself increases growth rate but has been to shorten total height (longterm) but ai's have been shown to increase total height that is why it is taken for growth but you dont need for hgh other effects: gain, sleep
