Akralabs HGH 12 IU vial showing 17 IU in Lab Test

Recently there has been a lab test made (1 month ago) that is showing that there is actually 16.55IU in a 12IU vial. I have been using 5 iu which is actually around 7iu. No wonder why my IGF1 levels shot up to 800. If I ain’t experiencing any sides, should I just keep the 7IU?
