Al Pacino wanted DNA Test from his Pregnant GF

@Manletmachine

Seriously let’s consider all the movies Al Pacino has been in

Scarface — utterly shit, only the villain (Sosa) is likeable
Godfather 2 and 3 — they flopped for a reason, 2 is watchable because De Niro again
Al Pacino completely ruined the one ocean’s movie he was in
Heat - mid as shit movie
Scent of a woman — so utterly shit
I could keep going on but u get the point
All those movies mog any movie released in the last 10 years

I literally already said that

Godfather 2
The Panic in Needle Park
Glengarry Glen Ross
Carlito's Way
Dog Day Afternoon
Heat
Serpico
Scarecrow
The Insider

technically superb, it's probably the best heist of all time or up there and highly influential for every heist movie that came after (even The Dark Knight) with definitely the best bank robbery scene, extremely believable and authentic and unlike a lot of heist films (the French heist films for example) you actually get involved with the characters
You could write an essays about McCauley and Hannah and their obessesion with their "job" (or craft)

Also it's fun of how people are crying about Pacino acting, what does De Niro do in this film?
De Niro's character is cold and emotionless, it's not like it's this multifaced incredible performance but that's how it's supposed to be, just like Al Pacino's
He wasn't on coke, but the character was supposed to be high, that's what they say, but who gives a shit anyway?
The characters are all pretty dull in heat. Male-female Relationships also aren’t particularly believable. This always seems to be the case with Michael Mann movies

I'm gonna just comment on this because there's no point in having a discussion with a retard
Pacino was the lead, the film is pretty much about Micheal's rise to power
he was nominated as LEADING actor, while De Niro was nominated as SUPPORTING actor

I don't think you have watched it anyway, and you most likely didn't even watch the rest, or you would have named them in the previous posts, so it's a waste of time
Zoomers are annoying
You’re so full of shit

Go back to letterboxd

I have watched all 3, and the first godfather is my favorite. Al Pacino in the first is passable as a good but still isn’t terrific or something.

In the 2nd he is outright just bad

You are romanticizing him too much for no reason

Stop being retarded
