I know this result

but it doesnt seem like just the alar base was reduced and it made the midface to appear longer.

i think it actually is longer. i eyeballed a measurement and it looks like the after pic has a longer face as her chin ends lower. her philtrum is longer too as her lips start lower in the after.

Tbh still need it. My mouth is a bit narrow so reducing my nose width should help.

I would look at Dr. Charles Lee in CA. Hes also known for raising the nasal bridge to be sharper and thinner
