Alar base related plasma fibroblast log

Will log my results with plasma fibroblasts for nose bulbosity, alar base width & columella prominance.

The idea is to minimally change nasal tip prominance or nasolabial angle.

I plan to do multiple rounds of plasma fibroblasts on these regions:

Before vs desired after ^ I think this is very reasonable, will try to fix asymmetry too. Might also do plasma fibroblasts on each side of the nasal bridge to pull down the inner eyebrows slightly
