The reason alarms or alarm clocks are top of the list is because they are used every single day by pretty much billions of humans because they're all wagecucks. Now this isn't a thread about shitting on wagies, i've done that a lot but lets talk about alarms.
Human beings are not designed to be forcefully awakened by a man made machine that makes an unnatural sound and completely disrupts our circadian rhythm and REM sleep. Our bodies are designed to naturally awaken when we are fully rested. It's why we do not need alarms to awake after 8 or 9 hours of good quality sleep, our body will naturally wake us up slowly without any shit unnatural alarm sounds.
I will never understand or accept this bullshit. Yes i'm not retarded and understand why normies do it, hell i understand why most of you kids on here who are students do it, you'd miss your classes or be late to work if you didn't. But the solution to this is simple, go to bed earlier and you will naturally awaken at 5-6am without an alarm clock and be fully rested with lots of energy.
Sleep in my opinion is the most important thing in life, it affects every part of your body/mind and life.
The average normie goes to bed at midnight or even 1am and they have to be up at 6am, they are constantly sleep deprived throughout the week and only getting 5-6 hours of sleep. They counteract this by ingesting an ungodly amount of toxic bean juice aka Coffee just to not fall asleep. If there's one single thing that i fully do not regret during my decade of NEETdom, it's the fact that i slept and awoke naturally whenever my body demanded it. Normies will say "oh you were going to sleep at 2am or 3am for years, you do know how bad that is right?", meanwhile you goyim have to chug coffee just to function, i was waking up at 11am or noon feeling euphoric from having such a beautiful 9 hours of interrupted deep sleep. At that point you wage cattle were already typing away at your keyboards working for mr shekelstein for about 3 hours when i awoke. And while you chugged coffee, i awoke to removing my total black curtains to allow sunshine directly shining into my eyes/face, then my mother made me some nice eggs/toast. I was legit feeling a sort of high every single day in my morning routine, sleep deprived wagecucks could never understand.
You see i too was once an alarmcuck when i was a teenager, i went to school, college, uni and i remember how shit i felt waking up sleep deprived almost every day, i knew it was completely unnatural.
Alarm clocks are the most unnatural goy-coded slave shit that was invented, go to sleep earlier and wake up naturally. Getting a good high quality 8 or 9 hours of sleep should be your priority. They are legit a humiliation ritual, i mean just look at it, every morning BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ OR BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR UNTIL YOU FORCEFULLY WAKE UP AND FEEL LIKE SHIT. TOTAL HUMILIATION RITUAL, GOD DID NOT ASK THIS OF US AND SO I WILL NOT DO IT, SORRY SHEKELBERG AND CO. I SIMPLY REFUSE.
One of the reasons i am a manlet and missed out on some height is because i only slept 3 hours a night during my puberty years, i would go to sleep at 3am and forced to wake up at 7am, this stunted my growth alongside malnutrition and i lost out on approx 2 inches of height.
