basically i wanna use "hydrocortisone" only for reducing my nose puffinnes and nothing else,Can i do it safely?

hydrocortisone,betamethasone just removes inflamation
it wont help if you are "debloated"
its pretty mild too
you wont get much side effects from it, i have been using betamethasone for 3 months, nothing

basically my nose is insanely puffy when i use ice and some type of cream it looks fine and i see insane change in width i wanted to keep that nose will hydrocortisone help in that case

yeah then do that, i would recommend you to use taz or tret too, decreased some size off my nose too
and water retention in nose is real too

My alar width might increase even 5mm from all the water i retain
my nose completely changes lol
