wondering if i should get alar base reduction paired with my planned rhino to make my nose straight from the side (i have an overprojected radix) to improve my nose to lip ratio? would it be worth it or not worth it considering risk to reward

there are other harmony measurements to take into account, like if your nasal bridge is significantly smaller than your nasal tip

but i'd say probably not, just a slight correction to the tip bulbosity and droop\

thx for reply. on the nasal bridge to tip i should be chilling u think? only reason im thinking of including alar base reduction is cause i lowkey think my nose to lip ratio looks like a big failo, lips not wide enough / nose not narrow enough.

yeah the nostrils do have a strange shape, some width reduction may help a tad - but narrow lips r the main reason your mouth to nose is off

The lack of definition between the nasal bridge and the nasal tip is by far the biggest problem though, looks like a very flat nose.

What would you ask your rhino surgeon to do for the flaw you’re speaking of, I know it’s tip definition but anything more specific?
