alarplasty, rhinoplasty or accutane to remedy deformed nose

I want to nosemaxx since I’ve been called shotgun nose my whole life. Since the age of 12 I considered Rhinoplasty. This has changed since nowadays I’ve came to find out most people get an alarplasty since their nose width ruins their nose to mouth ratio. Another way to remedy my deformed nose is accutane since my sebaceous glands are pretty active aroung my whole body (puberty side effect). This would shrink the whole thing. So what Im asking you is should I spend 4k on rhino, 2k on alar or accutane.

Defo just get rhino, copes like accutane won’t do enough to fix your nose

I’d go for the rhino and get alarplasty as well, seems like your nose needs a bit more projection
