Just inhaled 900mcg Albuterol Sulfate for the increased heart rate effects. My resting bpm went from 70 to 105(10 minutes post-inhalation). I've experienced some slight chest pain so far, but not extremely significant, and it was brief. My heart definitely feels as if it's pounding, though; I can feel it in my hands, forearms, and feet. My arms are shaking, and my individual fingers too. Do you think this will have a moderate-significant impact on my TDE? I'm hoping to repeat this maybe 3x total a week.

whatchu mean by TDE? you mean TDEE?

Just checked again and my BPM is now at 109BPM at the time of this reply. Hoping to peak at 150-200 and maintain that for an hour.

Yes I forgot an E
i guess it will raise your tdee a little bit but an increase from 70 to 105 is such a minute raise that you can just save the money and go for a jog to burn even more and raise it to 140. Besides doing that, snffing the AS you wont be able to properly calm down and focus because of a increase in sympathetic nervous system stress. Just go for a jog or reta or tirz

I already went to the gym for an hour today from 5-6 am (got 1.3 miles in, hit legs, and back). I wanted to increase my resting energy expenditure. I ran out of reta a week ago, so I'm also selling all my stuff to buy some more.

yeah okay so increasing your resting BPM from 70 to 200 for an entire hour will just stress your system and make you be probably just stay in constant stress with which then you probably will get hormonal acne if you keep that up and other systemical problems because the sympathetic nervous system is synergistically working with many other processes which will be also triggered then.
