I’m trying to get an alcohol addiction to maybe see if it makes my life feel better, so I went and tried a few and it tasted like shit, so I’m wondering what alcohol should be my go-to. Or if I should try a different coping addiction. Or I can always just rope 🪢🪢

it’s a not a race, it’s a marathon. Start by drinking beer and gradually aim for harder liquor. I believe in you

i’ve had a decent physique even when i drank everyday and ate less than 50g of protein. If you’re a newbie you don’t have to obsess over nutrition that much
