Alcahol and drugs don’t lower inhibition, they increase it if anything

Smoked with my friends and I was silent during the whole high, I was too scared to say anything in fear that I would humiliate myself. Is there genuinely any other way to lower inhibition?

Smoking isn't necessarily meant to do that it's quite common that weed increases anxiety

Depends on the strain of weed, but weed is not particularly good for lowering inhib anyways
