Drinking alcohol and my plates aren't closed yet, would AI stop this spike of estrogen that comes while consuming it. I don't want it to effect my growth and was wondering if I should take my AI at a specific time (like before, after, during drinking) to mitigate its side effects?
Also how big of a difference should drinking count as towards closing my plates?
