Alcohol and Face redness

I’m extremely prone to redness in the face when I’m drinking and when I get drunk. I’m in social settings where I’m drinking 3-4 times a week. It has never stopped me but has always bothered me does anybody know any solutions. I think I’m slightly allergic but I have no other symptoms so idk any help is appreciated.
