Alcohol debloat

Last night i went out and had the craziest debloat of my life. For the whole week ive been eating one meal a day usually around 1k cals. I didnt really notice a difference until just before i went out i was looking a bit leaner. I went out and was drinking spirits only mostly and on my way back i had the craziest debloat of my life, hollow cheeks for the first time. Im tryna figure out what i done so i can get to that again. I was mixing electrolytes in my drink so im wondering if it was that?
