It’s everywhere in NT society and I have had my share fair of drinking sessions in my time but ive come to realise it’s not worthit except for special occasions once a month.

Pros:
- can help with socialising
- can feel good whilst drunk

Cons:
- very expensive, especially drinking at a bar a drink is like £6 and that can easily add up
- addictive
- fucks with sleep
- fucks with productivity

I’ve come to the same conclusion. I used to drink 4 times a week at least 6 beers/drinks.

I gained weight, lost purpose in life and felt horrible whenever I wasn’t drunk. The only benefit I had to alcohol was sex.

I honestly drank so much I stopped liking myself whenever I was sober. Now I’ve been sober for a little over a month and life is going upwards.

I drink very similar to your old habits. What I got from it was an addiction to it, no money, no motivation. For me alcohol ruins sex for me as ive often planned a booty call with a foid then cancelled the next day due to hangover and no sex drive. I definitely think a month sober will reinvigorate things again

Its literally only 30 mins and then the come down after those 30 mins makes me want another drink because its an awful feeling coming down from alcohol.
