alcohol, liver, and damage minimizing

I drink heavily 1-2x a week. Also on igf1lr3+hgh. Anyone have advice on liver protection or how i can minimize the damage alcohol does, its sort of necessary at social gatherings so i can't cut it out entirely. Will solution
 
You either cut it out or don’t. Give NAC a try if you really want to, but that’s genuinely it.
