Last year I forced myself to go to a rave solo, drunk, and I lost my phone, smashed my bicycle and cut open my forearm in the process.
300 euro worth of damage and a lot of effort to fix all of that shit. And my lower forearm has several scars now.

Last wedding I went to was when I was 16yo, 13 years ago. I felt so isolated, unwanted, depressed, that I went on hour-long walks in nearby forests without telling anyone.
Nobdy even noticed I was gone. I would come back from some 3hour walk and people would be like: 'ohh hey,, where were you?!?' but like, this emotion/reaction was only triggered cuz I was back, not because I was gone lmao.

idk, just over. I felt so alone, unwanted, I escaped it through this way. Nobody cares.

The only moment I enjoyed with family was with alcohol. It's kinda of sad honestly, but I guess if you compare it to people who don't enjoy time with family at all, it's at least better than that.

So many old people are stuck in their pain, their anger, their grief, anxiety, lost-dreams, etc. They become empty-husks. You start really seeing this from 30s onwards. I am also a victim of this.

But then once alcohol/drugs come into play, these cold, negative 50 year-olds can suddenly have some moments of childish joy again, humor, etc. I think it's nice.
