Longterm ketamine abuse has its own issues with bladder/kidney damage. You have to keep an eye on that. But small amounts of ketamine say 1gram/week max, aren't going to cause any harm anywhere I believe.
Using 1 gram of ketamine/week is definitely going to be healthier than alcohol abuse at the very least.
The few studies I went through where people were getting health concerns from ketamine was with people using more than 1 gram daily.
