Alcoholic red face after Ritalin

Im drinking too much tbh, but when I started MEDIKINET / RITALIN (Adderall is not that easy to find in EU), im getting severe problems with my face,
likę random flushes 3-4h in extended release + after 8 hours, there is nothing I can do about it....

It kills anxiety&hunger so it's great, but.. im sweating like crazy at times, especially when go to different temperature like go to a bus/metro suddenly...

Arę there a ways to stop that shit? Reduce rosacea and stuff, so one can live relatively normal life?

i also experienced this and switching to adderall or vyvanse (yes i know you said its not easy to find) gives 3x as many benefits with none of the shitty side effects

There are some face-creams anti-rosacea and shieet & maybe antihistamine stuff would work, anybody here experienced that & overcome this HUGE looksmin?
