The hadith in Musnad Ahmad 3788 describes tall, thin, dark-skinned figures resembling the Zutt people who appeared completely naked (it was night & they were so black he could not see their genitals) and then "yarkabūn" (mounted/rode) the Prophet Muhammad all night while he recited Quran to them. Afterward, he came back exhausted, heavy, and in pain — so much so that he limped or walked with difficulty and had to rest his head on Ibn Mas'ud’s lap, strongly indicating he had been physically mounted.

Muslims can not explain why the Zutt were mentioned specifically, a small minority of men known for sexual prowess.

Arabic has clearer words for crowding (e.g., izdahamū, ḥāffū bihi, labad as in the Quran). Using "yarkabūn" invites the sexual/euphemistic reading.
