I agree, it's one of the best of all time. He lacks a downturned medial canthus though.
But his eyes have a very weird trait, they look extremely compact

I just watched the video, and saw this

I think it's his PFL: PFH ratio, but also he has a tall skull relative to his PFH which further helps with the perception.
On top of this, he has very thick fat pads under his eyes with no LEE.
Reason I screenshot this picture was because of his sharp lateral canthus that nobody seems to talk about here. I think that also adds to the perception. I don't know what causes it to be sharp. I feel support from thick fat pads helps most:

Well they are extremely compact cuz of PFL and PFH and because of very smooth lee and his skin is also very smooth as well. Btw I think long philtrum can also make some illusion . Because you can see that he doesn't have enough lip volume in this area and the brain sees more skin in the midface, which makes the eyes more compact regarding the distance to the lips. I hope u understand what I mean
