Aligners or braces for overbite?

Braces for sure, invisalign might just constrict your palate/dental arch, damon braces are the best option in my opinion but do your research

bro fuck your orthodontist, this is why people never develop properly anymore as well, orthdontists dead ass just want a quick cash grab and don't care about the consequences of what they are doing, you should highly consider getting a consultation at a place that offers damon braces, a lot of places offer free consultations for braces specifically damon braces

theres major differences, damon braces can widen your dental arch and widen your maxilla especially in development/puberty, and it hurts less as well, literally everything that could be better compared to invisalign and elastics is better, except for the pricing
