ive been watching prison break and i have taken a liking to the accents especially theodore bagwells accent, i looked it up and in the show he is apparently from Alabama witch is a southern state, do people actually sound like that and talk like that there? and do people say boy alot, like, what you doin boy and they say it in there cool american accent?



mobster accent it quite cool aswell like the italian mob boss that got killed he had a good accent, john the guy from season 1 and 2 in the mob

Some do, although they're also probably exaggerating it a bit for acting purposes.

Think of it as those English accents American actors do it’s based on reality but highly exaggerated
