Is this even a hot take now? i get some softmaxxing if u have bad skin/hair/physique but if u alrdy have this maxxed out you still wont hit hmtn most of the time so it's not a full on ascension imo, I believe in softmaxxing and practice it tho, im js saying it doesn't change you enough to call it an ascension
